Racing Moto-Cross is not the same as racing BMX, which is not the same as explosively swinging a baseball bat, which is totally different than being able to last several 2 minute rounds in wrestling, which needs to be trained differently than sprinting at top speed while other athletes are trying to tackle you. Successful Training and Nutrition for athletes is highly individualized. Most programs are nothing more than generic templates that are based in bodybuilding and include aerobics, neither of which prepare an athlete for the demands of most sports. The science and art of developing champions requires a scientific, systematic and progressive approach that is designed for each individual athlete, regardless of sport.
